UPS introduced a new marketing automation platform to managers, allowing more targeted communication and drastically cutting the time to market. We helped roll it out by creating customizable landing page templates and creating a comprehensive guide to launching new campaigns.
We created a total of eight base templates, each with multiple options to customize content and layout. Template types accounted for unique needs like, promotions, gated white papers, online and in-person events, videos, new products and articles.
Each template is designed to fit seamlessly into the lives of our busy customers, with content accessible whenever they want it—wherever they are.
The marketing automation platform will create opportunities to follow up with potential new customer leads and create personalized nurture streams for existing customers based on behavior, shipping profile, or interaction with ups.com in the future.
